📦 Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1 - 2 business day of payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.


🚚 Shipping Methods & Carriers

We currently ship orders using reliable UK carriers, including:

  • Royal Mail

  • Evri (formerly Hermes)

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.


🇬🇧 UK Shipping

  • Standard Delivery (1–3 business days) – FREE or calculated at checkout

  • Express Delivery (1–2 business days) – Optional at checkout (if available)


🌍 International Shipping

At this time, we primarily ship within the UK. If you're based outside the UK and would like to place an order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.


📬 Delivery Issues

If your order hasn't arrived within 7 days (UK) of dispatch, please contact us so we can investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


📦 Missed or Refused Deliveries

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, missed delivery attempts, or refusal, the customer is responsible for re-delivery charges or any associated fees.
